Terms of Service

Bookings. All bookings are confirmed by phone or email. Quoted prices are based on the information you provide about your home; pricing may be adjusted if the size or condition differs significantly at arrival.

Promotional pricing. Promotional rates are offered for a limited time and cannot be combined with other offers.

Cancellations. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to correct it.

Supplies and access. We bring all equipment and eco-friendly products. Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property.
